When is trash and recycling pickup?+
Tuesdays. Yard waste (grass and leaves) must be bagged; branches must be bagged or tied in a bundle. For large items like refrigerators, call (410) 222-6100 to schedule a pickup.
When does the snow plow come?+
The community snow plow minimum is 3 inches.
When are dues due?+
Annual HOA dues are payable by June 1 each year. Bills are sent in April.
When is the annual meeting?+
The first Wednesday in November. Reminders are distributed ahead of time.
How often do water bills come?+
Quarterly (every three months), from Anne Arundel County.
